Admission Overview
Admissions at Holy Angels Matriculation Higher Secondary School are conducted in a transparent and systematic manner to ensure equal opportunity for all students. The school welcomes applications from parents who value quality education, discipline, and holistic development for their children
Admission is granted based on the age criteria prescribed by the school.
Age eligibility is strictly followed to ensure age-appropriate learning and development.
- Children who have completed 2 years are eligible for Pre-KG.
- Eligibility for LKG and higher classes is determined as per the age norms applicable for the academic year.
The admission process involves the following steps:
The decision of the school management regarding admission is final.
- Collection of the application form from the school office
- Submission of the duly filled application along with required documents
- Interaction / assessment of the student
- Confirmation of admission based on merit and availability of seats
The following documents must be submitted at the time of admission:
- Birth Certificate
- Transfer Certificate (for students from other schools)
- Aadhar Card (Student)
- Community Certificate
- Passport size photographs (two copies)
Students seeking admission may be required to appear for an
Entrance Test or Interview, depending on the class applied for.
This assessment helps the school evaluate the student’s academic readiness
and suitability for the respective grade.
- School fees must be paid on or before the 5th of every month.
- Fee payment is accepted through digital payment modes (GPay).
- Late payment of fees will attract a penalty as per school norms.
- Students with pending fee dues will not be permitted to appear for examinations.
